Welcome to our 2008 Holiday Menu! 

Executive Pastry Chef Gerhard Michler, has enjoyed creating a menu of holiday desserts that are cutting edge in design, incorporate brilliant use of colors, texture, and shapes, and artisan crafted in the traditional European Way – in other words; works of art that taste great!

This year’s menu features a vast array of Holiday cakes, individual desserts, petits fours, tarts, and specialty items like buche de noel, gingerbread houses, butter cookies, and Gerhard’s famous stollen.  Some of the items are newly designed (be sure to check out the Pistachio Crème Brulee Raspberry Cream Cake!) and making their debut on our 2008 Holiday Menu. Others are past favorites, back by popular demand.

P.S. The desserts on our 2008 Holiday Menu, like all the desserts we create, are made from scratch and decorated by hand. We use only high quality ingredients: real butter, fresh fruit, natural colorings, European chocolate and freshly made icing. You can see and taste the difference and Gerhard wouldn’t have it any other way!
