Gerhard Michler Fine European Desserts, partners with San Francisco Brides Magazine on Bridal Luxury Event benefiting the California Pacific Medical Center Junior Committee

On February 25, 2009 during a clear winter’s night in beautiful downtown San Francisco, an estimated 350 people strode the red carpeted stairs into the newly renovated and beautifully decorated Bently Reserve. Once inside, guests enjoyed an event exclusive Vera Wang Wedding fashion show, straight from the runways in New York that featured her 2009 collection, enjoyed music, sipped champagne, cocktails and a variety of festive drinks. Event guests also dined on scrumptious hors d’oeuvres made by McCall Catering, and literally devoured our Gerhard Michler luscious cupcakes – we’re not kidding, there wasn’t a morsel left to take home! On the way out, attendees left with an Oscar© style gift bag piled high with giveaways, coupons, and even Gerhard’s famous brownies, which we happen to think make fabulous wedding favors.

The theme of the evening was about bridal luxury and the event didn’t disappoint. It was also a benefit with event proceeds benefiting the California Pacific Medical Center Junior Committee.  The mood of event attendees was extremely upbeat and there were many comments made about how great the event was and especially during these tough economic times, still important to celebrate.
