Gerhard Michler recognized as trend setter in San Francisco Magazine’s wedding publication, San Francisco Brides, for his stunning artistic European Croquembouche cakes. Read all about it!
During the past year, our Executive Pastry Chef Gerhard Michler has received media recognition for his stunning San Francisco Museum of Modern Art 75th anniversary chocolate strawberry Croquembouche cake and his custom designed birthday Croquembouche cake for International celebrity chef, Jacques Pepin’s 75th birthday celebration. Now, Gerhard and his Croquembouches have been featured in the Fall/Winter 2011 issue of San Francisco Brides article “The City’s Latest Confections Trend”.
It takes a tremendous amount of talent and skill to make these edible towering works of art and our congratulations to go out to Gerhard for once again being recognized as a trend setter in the culinary arts and major force in bringing the glory of European pastry making and culture to the United States. Vive le Croquembouche!
